I decided to do the soup parties this fall/winter and into the spring. I always hesitate because the thought of opening my doors to a bunch of people on a random week night is always a little daunting... so hopefully I haven't invited any one over who will judge me on the cleanliness of my home on those random nights.
Our first party this past full moon was a great success. There's something so comforting about a house full of loud kids and a bunch of adults sitting around our big table laughing it up.
So to make a long story short or a short story long...
I'm glad we decided to do it.
And if you find yourself in Tacoma and the moon is full, stop by for some soup.
