Margo's 9 month check-up

Margo had her 9 month check-up yesterday. It's so hard to believe she's already 9 months old! I feel like she'll be a year before I know it. Then two, then three...
Margo is 19 # 11 oz and 27 1/2 inches long. That makes her 60th percentile for both! Still proportionate but lower on the charts. Her Dr. feels like it's perfectly normal and that she's just "finding her place on the charts". So, she won't be a chart topper like her big brother. Which is easier on my back...
Let's compare: Solomon weighed 19# 13 oz and was 32 1/2 inches long at his... 4 month check-up!!!! He was HUGE!
The kids have been taking swim classes at the Y this summer. Margo is loving it. She's a little fish just like her big brother. She loves sticking her face in the water and splashing about. Solomon is warming up to the water again and is a little less clingy. But he's still not where he was at before the big set-back.
The weekend after next we are going camping for a couple of nights near our house on the Key Penninsula. We'll be trying out our new (much bigger) tent. It's called a "family cabin tent". Should be big enough for all of us. We also bought Solomon his own little blow up mattress, so hopefully he'll sleep better than he did on Lopez.
The weekend after that we will be heading out for a week of fun in Idaho. First we'll be at my family's lake cabin near St. Marie's Idaho, then down to Moscow, where we'll be spending some time at the cool pool play area, complete with slides and fountains to play in (close to Grandma T's house). Then we'll caravan down to McCall Idaho where we'll be staying in a yurt next to a lake in a state campground with my family. My "little" cousin Brenda is getting married on August 5th. So we'll be celebrating their love and the beginning of their life together... Ahhh... weddings make me a little sappy.
That's all for now!
