Allergy Tests

Margo went in to have some allergy tests done today. With her mild eczema and Jon's allergies I was worried that she would have allergies. Great news, no allergies!!!! Hurray! It would appear that she just has sensitive skin. I've actually been keeping a good handle on her skin just by not using dryer sheets, double rinsing her clothes and using the California Baby Super Sensitive products on her. Her skin was looking perfect today, no rashes.
I told Jon he should get some allergy tests done, maybe he isn't allergic to cats at all. He said he would then need to see a psychiatrist, which we already know....
The appointment went really well, we had been warned that it was a long appointment, so I came equipped with lots of toys. I actually brought her whole Playmobil 123 doll house with us and that kept us busy. Margo was trooper about having stuff put on her back and actually seemed to enjoy the whole thing. We had her dolls go to the Dr. and get allergy tests, I'm sure when she gets up from her nap the q-tips will be coming out and she'll do some allergy tests on Sollie.
Whew, I'm so relived she's not allergic to the cats! Of course he did say that the immune/allergy system is a little unstable at this age, so it doesn't necessarily mean she won't develop allergies later. But for now, I'm happy.
